my first sort of digital paintingish illustration
but with alot of streetart inspiration. thanks to digifox for her great stock acount [link] here's the referens photo [link] the poetry is taken from a song by give up the ghost called "bluem" and if you can't make it out it reads: "sing a song for the disenchanted hum ahymn for the misdirected a little love for the sons and doughters shadow-sitting love in forgotten corners... (and then...)" I'm not sure that I'm completly done with it yet you'll never know but let me know what you think of it please! FULL VIEW PLEASE if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask  |

it's all painting! done in photoshop.
the white background texture on the face I made by hand with a roller then scanned it in.
What I like best is the whites of the eyes. It looks just like when you see a clown or mime in whiteface. The whites of the eyes look just a little strange.
And the purple around the eye... I'd never choose purple. So I'm glad you did.
(I also like the piece you did in this style of digikitten awhile back. This style really works for you.)
